He is also a regular contributing member of a number of respected international communities focused on DLT and application development. His work is published in Springer, ACM, IET, IEEE, and other respected peer-reviewed scientific media. Sergii was a member of the Advisory Council at The George Washington University, School of Business, Executive Program. He has a successful exit through the acquisition of a fintech startup by one of the top 10 banks in the US. Sergii is a Co-Chair of the IEEE Ukraine Blockchain Group

Board Venture Capitalist, DraperDragon Fund. Richard Wang joined DFJDragon Fund since 2011. Mr. Wang has over 20 years of business development, technical marketing and sales management in high technology space experiences. He has been investing BlockChain Startups since 2015, his portfolios including Vechain, Qtum, Kronos, IOTex, Human Protocol, Asia Innovation Group, AiDTech and Concordium. He has an extensive network in Blockchain/Digital Asset area including developer community, Traders and Exchange. Mr Wang has several technical papers published in IEEE journal. Mr. Wang holds MSEE from National Chiao Tung University since 1995.

Community Strategist Jeff has been an instrumental figure in the NEM blockchain ecosystem, having co-founded the platform and held several leadership positions from 2014 to 2022. He served as a Core Team member, Co-founder of the NEM Foundation, and Head Trustee for a 10-figure trust. Jeff’s experience extends beyond blockchain, having previously worked as an assistant professor teaching communications in South Korea and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Africa. He is also a co-founder of LuxTag.io, a blockchain-based solution provider in Malaysia.

Michael Terpin is CEO of Transform Ventures, a blockchain and AI venture studio, whose portfolio includes OpenCarbon, an enterprise blockchain carbon offset marketplace incorporating AI/LLM; and First Block, a blockchain financial and news distribution platform. Terpin is also a partner in Alpha Transform Ventures.He founded largest advisory/marketing firm in the cryptocurrency sector, Transform Group, a pioneer in crypto platform launches, including Augur, Bancor, Ethereum, Gnosis, Golem, Neo, Qtum, Tether, and WAX; and BitAngels, the first crypto angel network. Terpin lives in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he received the first Act 22 tax decree in the blockchain industry.
